Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any additional fees?
No, there are no additional delivery fees, removal fees, fuel surcharges, environmental fees, or taxes. The rental includes up to 7 nights. This quote is specific to the address provided in your online inquiry and is valid for 30 days.
What information do I need to set up a rental?
We just need 5-10 minutes of your time and a debit or credit card for payment. Our office is open from 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and 8am to noon on Saturdays. You can reach us at 317-617-9464.
Where can I view the different sizes you offer?
You can view all dumpster sizes and photos on our website by clicking on the Dumpster Sizes section.
What if I need additional days?
No problem! The cost to extend the rental beyond 7 nights is just $10 per calendar night. Please call us at least 48 hours before your scheduled removal date to extend your rental.
What if I go over the weight limit?
If you exceed the included weight allowance, there is a $70 fee per 2,000 lbs., prorated. For example, if you exceed the weight allowance by 1,000 lbs., you will be charged an additional $35.
I have heavy material (dirt/rock/concrete/asphalt). What size should I get?
We recommend not using anything larger than a 15 cubic yard dumpster for heavy materials. Let us know if you’re working with these materials, and we’ll help you find the most cost-effective disposal option.
Can I pile debris over the top?
Absolutely not. There must be no items sticking out or piled above the top rim of the container. For safety reasons, overloaded dumpsters may incur a minimum $150 fee.
Can I have the dumpster set on the street?
We cannot place a dumpster on the street without a Right-of-Way permit issued by the city’s Department of Code Enforcement.

Compactor Services
Each site has unique needs, so we arrange a visit from a skilled technician to assess your specific rental requirements.
After gathering and reviewing the necessary information, we’ll recommend a compactor that meets safety standards, boosts diversion rates, and enhances your operational efficiency.
Our rental program includes everything from delivery to installation and setup, ensuring a seamless experience.
Our commercial compactors are built to tackle the challenges of dry, wet, bulky, and mixed waste streams. For dry waste like paper and packaging, our compactors help cut hauling costs by minimizing the number of required pickups.
For wet waste, our watertight equipment prevents leaks, deters pests, and maintains sanitary conditions, outperforming less effective solutions.
If you have an old, unused, or damaged compactor, we’re here to help with its removal.
Simply let us know your requirements, and we’ll dispatch an experienced technician to your site to safely remove and dispose of the compactor.
Without a proper maintenance plan, compaction equipment often faces a reduced lifespan.
Our technicians offer preventive maintenance services, assess your site’s condition, and provide a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations.
Whether you’ve purchased through us or own existing equipment, maintenance can be arranged as needed or as part of a tailored program.
