Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any additional fees?
No, there are no additional delivery fees, removal fees, fuel surcharges, environmental fees, or taxes. The rental includes up to 7 nights. This quote is specific to the address provided in your online inquiry and is valid for 30 days.
What information do I need to set up a rental?
We just need 5-10 minutes of your time and a debit or credit card for payment. Our office is open from 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and 8am to noon on Saturdays. You can reach us at 317-617-9464.
Where can I view the different sizes you offer?
You can view all dumpster sizes and photos on our website by clicking on the Dumpster Sizes section.
What if I need additional days?
No problem! The cost to extend the rental beyond 7 nights is just $10 per calendar night. Please call us at least 48 hours before your scheduled removal date to extend your rental.
What if I go over the weight limit?
If you exceed the included weight allowance, there is a $70 fee per 2,000 lbs., prorated. For example, if you exceed the weight allowance by 1,000 lbs., you will be charged an additional $35.
I have heavy material (dirt/rock/concrete/asphalt). What size should I get?
We recommend not using anything larger than a 15 cubic yard dumpster for heavy materials. Let us know if you’re working with these materials, and we’ll help you find the most cost-effective disposal option.
Can I pile debris over the top?
Absolutely not. There must be no items sticking out or piled above the top rim of the container. For safety reasons, overloaded dumpsters may incur a minimum $150 fee.
Can I have the dumpster set on the street?
We cannot place a dumpster on the street without a Right-of-Way permit issued by the city’s Department of Code Enforcement.
